Legal & Membership
Last updated: March 2026
By joining The Creed's newsletter, community, or any chapter activity, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. They are written plainly — we believe in directness.
The Creed is a voluntary brotherhood community organised around the principles of Unity, Faith, and Discipline. We are not a registered corporation, bank, legal entity, or professional organisation. We are men who hold each other to a standard.
Membership in The Creed is voluntary and free. By subscribing to our newsletter or joining our Matrix circle, you become a member of the community. Membership carries no financial obligation and no legally binding contract — only a personal commitment to the values of the brotherhood.
All members are expected to conduct themselves with dignity, respect, and integrity. The Creed is built on elevation, not degradation. The following are not permitted in any Creed space:
Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from all Creed spaces without prior warning. This decision rests with chapter leaders and is not subject to external appeal.
The Creed reserves the right to remove any member from its community and communications for conduct unbecoming of the brotherhood. Removal may be temporary (suspension) or permanent (exile). You will be notified by the channel through which you joined.
All content published by The Creed — dispatches, campaign materials, manifestos, graphics — remains the intellectual property of The Creed. You may share it freely for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not republish, sell, or repurpose it commercially without written permission.
Some chapters organise voluntary pooled funds for shared activities (events, resources, travel). Participation in any pooled fund arrangement is entirely voluntary. The Creed does not handle these funds centrally. Chapter leaders are accountable to their members for any such arrangements. The Creed (as a community) bears no legal liability for chapter-level financial activities.
Participation in campaigns, challenges, and accountability sprints is voluntary. These are not professional fitness, medical, financial, or psychological programmes. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your health, finances, or lifestyle. The Creed accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from campaign participation.
Our communications may link to external websites, resources, and platforms. We do not endorse all content on those sites and accept no responsibility for third-party content.
The Creed, its chapter leaders, and its contributors provide all materials and communications on an "as is" basis, without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for damages of any kind arising from your participation in the community.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in The Creed after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will always date the document clearly.
Questions about these terms can be directed to the community via the Matrix channel: The Creed — Matrix.
